Terms & Conditions

For those members and tour agents who have booked the airline's tour packages or other
agent's tour packages through us, they are deemed to have read, understood and and
accepted the conditions and terms by the respective airlines and tour agents.

Celestial Link Holidays ( hereinafter known as the Company ) only Act as agent for the
respective airlines, travel agents and wholesalers.

Deposit and Payments
Upon booking, a immediate deposit is required and the balance in full must made 01 Month
before the date of departure.
If the full payment is not made within 01 Month, the Company will assume that you have
cancelled your tour and your deposit will be forfeited.

Modes of Payment and Refund
The Company Only accepts, ATM / I-Banking Transfer.( in Singapore Dollars only )
We accept Cheque payment Only from Goverment, School & Company group.
Refund, if applicable, will be made to passenger within 3 - 6 months.

Refund of Unused Service
No refund, either in part or full, will be made for unused air tickets, ground transportation,
meals and accommodation or sight-seeing tours not taken.

In the event of any cancellations by tour member, a notice in writing is required to be
submitted to our Company when a notice is received 31days prior to departure, the following
cancellation fee is applicable:











Cancellation of confirmed booking must be made in writing in avoid misunderstanding.
Should the deposit paid to the Company is not enough to cover the above cancellation fee,
the difference in amount is still payable to the Company.

Amendment to Booking (Request by passengers)
For any changes in the departure date or tour type, cancellation charges apply as spelt out
under the section on " Payment & Cancellation Charges ".

Administrative / Amendment Fee
For every request made regarss of whether any previous amendments was confirmed by
airlines, hotel or otherwise, there will be a minimum administrative fee of S$30 per person
per amendment.
This does not concern include any charges as levied by the airlines, ground operators or hotel
concerned.

Tour Fares
Tour fares are Subject to Change with or without prior notice in the event of unforeseen
circumstances like currency fluctuations, increase in room rates, local taxes, etc.

Important notice:
  • Please ensure that you have a valid international passport and visa with a minimum of
 six (6) months from the date of departure.
  • For non-Singaporeans, kindly check with your respective embassy on the requirement
 for visa application.
  • Please apply for exit permit for National Service, including those who are now
 National Servicemen or Reservists.
  • Group insurance coverage of S$10,000. Medical claims up to S$500. Medical claims
 do not cover illness, food poisoning and passengers who are 80 years and above.
  • Details of the particulars must be submitted at least 10 days for the purchase of
 Group travel insurance.

Special Request
If there are any requests regarding special meals, dietary requirement, adjoining rooms and so
on, please inform the Company when booking. Such request are subject to confirmation and
availability.
